Brillo is a beautiful steel grey transparent sparkle that can be used all by itself or mixed with any color to add sparkle, try layering Brillo over other colors to add sparkle. We recommend using and oxidized flame setting to cut down on boiling. Layer NS-134 Over NS-20 for an amazing steel blue color or layered over NS-88 for that candy apple red paint job.
